The company

Years of Kuwaiti projects, and the habits that came out of them.

Established in 2016, FIC Construction Group has delivered more than 100 residential projects to date. Most of that work is private villas: families building once, on a plot they intend to keep, who care more about what the house is like in year fifteen than about the speed of the first pour.

Alongside the residential work, the company has delivered mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages on commercial buildings — coordination-heavy work that teaches a team to read drawings properly before cutting anything.

Process

Six stages, and you are told which one you are in.

01

Drawings and estimate

We measure your set, price it item by item, and tell you where the budget is tight before you commit.

02

Permits and mobilisation

Municipality approvals, hoarding, utilities and the programme everyone will be held to.

03

Structure

Excavation, foundations, frame, slabs and blockwork, checked against the structural drawings.

04

Services first fix

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing routed and tested while the walls are still open.

05

Finishes

Plaster, gypsum, tiling, joinery and paint, sequenced so no trade undoes the one before it.

06

Snagging and handover

A written snag list closed out item by item, then keys, warranties and as-built records.

Licensed by Kuwait Municipality

Permits and approvals handled in-house, not passed back to the owner.

Own site supervision

One engineer accountable for the site and reachable through the whole job.
